10-Week Meditation Program

March 24th through June 1st - 2024

Meditation is a technique that develops clarity, wisdom, objectivity, and mental/emotional stability. It’s a method of self-inquiry and self-discovery that is both developmental and revelatory. A practice aimed at becoming more aware and present in our daily lives, through which we gain insight and understanding into ourselves, others, and our environment. Anyone can learn to meditate. It does not require a belief system or a commitment to any group or tradition. The technique can be as simple as closing your eyes and focusing on the inflow and outflow of the breath, which works to calm and stabilize the mind.

Our 10-week SBT meditation program is completely free and open to all – from beginners to the advanced. Classes are around one hour long and held online on our private Zoom channel. Official classes are taught by Ven. Tharpa and make-up classes are given throughout the week by instructors in training – check our event calendar for days and times.

Our main classes with Ven. Tarpa are held on Sundays at 19:00 – UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) on our Zoom channel. To find your local time type into Google – ‘My time to 19:00 UTC’.
