SBT Mindful Walkers
As part of our SBT Skillful Living Lifestyle program, our Mindful Walkers exercise group offers a simple and supportive way to cultivate both physical health and mindful awareness. This group was created to support the well-being of our sangha while also encouraging us all to be more mindful throughout our daily lives. Mindful Walkers isn’t limited to walking – members are welcome to engage in any form of exercise that supports their health and well-being. Whether it’s running, cycling, swimming, hiking, yoga, weight training, or other forms of movement, all activities can be shared and celebrated within the group, and easily tracked in the Strava app.
SBT Mindful Walkers on Strava
Strava provides an easy way to stay connected. Strava is a free app where you can monitor your exercise progress and share your sessions with the group. Because the group is entirely online, anyone can participate regardless of location or time zone. While you may occasionally be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan, the free version works perfectly well for full participation.
