Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditation and Mindfulness are practices that develop clarity, wisdom, objectivity, and mental/emotional stability. They’re methods of self-inquiry and self-discovery that are both developmental and revelatory. Practices aimed at becoming more aware and present in our daily lives, through which we gain insight and understanding into ourselves, others, and our environment. Anyone can learn to meditate and practice mindfulness. They don’t require a belief system or a commitment to any group or tradition.

No prior experience is needed to join
